Day 3. Durack River –G.R.R – WA 7th July

The next day we travelled on to the Durack River where we found a great hidden campsite up along the river bank. We put the pots in and caught our first lot of Cherubin (freshwater prawn) which was a bit exciting and we enjoyed these on sandwiches the next day. We also did a bit of camp fire cooking, making some ANZAC biscuits and pikelets to have as snacks over the next couple of days.
